A 30-minute conversation with someone from our Talent Acquisition Team to discuss the role, position requirements, and our key principles.
A 45 to 60-minute video interview with the Hiring Manager to delve into your resume and skills, and discuss your career goals.
Three or four interviews with cross-functional team members within the same department, typically conducted in quick succession.
A practical exercise to evaluate your technical ability and simulate working together.
A 90-minute non-technical conversation with a senior member from a different team to gain a broader perspective on collaboration.
An interview with a high-level executive or manager, such as a C-Suite, VP, or Director.
A 60-minute interview with one of Chainlink Labs' advisors to discuss management style, team building, and growth.
Submission of references, completion of a background check, and a final check-in call with the recruiter.
Depending on the role, there are varying levels of knowledge required about blockchain and smart contracts. For instance, if you’re interviewing for a DeFi sales role, we expect you to have a different level of knowledge compared to other roles. Be clear about the expectations and prepare accordingly.
