Job description
We are looking for a Head of Super Users to lead our engagement with the most sophisticated participants across the capital markets and digital asset ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and market development—focused on building deep relationships with power users, driving high-value deals, and shaping how leading institutions adopt our platform.
You will work directly with senior stakeholders across traditional finance and emerging digital asset firms, acting as both a commercial leader and a strategic partner. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is comfortable operating with autonomy.
Your Impact
- Own and grow relationships with our most strategic users across financial institutions and digital asset firms
- Lead complex, high-value commercial engagements from initial conversation through to close
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bringing traditional finance on-chain to scale out digital asset ecosystems
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to translate key customer needs into product direction
- Help define and execute our strategy for engaging and scaling “super users” globally
- Represent the company externally at industry events and within key market conversations
- Navigate regulated environments, ensuring alignment with compliance and operational requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working within or selling into traditional finance and/or fintechs
- Digital Asset Domain Understanding: Deep knowledge of digital asset initiatives, including blockchain integration and tokenization
- Strong connections within Tier 1 banks and institutions that are on their digital assets journey
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals (multi-million-dollar range)
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives with confidence.
- A player coach people leader, with the ability to lead small to medium size teams through a period of high growth
