About this Role


We are looking for a high-agency operator to lead mission-critical projects across legal, finance, tax, and operations for a high-net-worth stakeholder group. This is not a back-office role — you will work directly with founders and senior leadership, solving complex problems under pressure, protecting critical relationships, and reducing risk where failure is not an option.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to founders and senior leadership on risk analysis, corporate structuring, investments, and deal execution, including real estate.
  • Design and enforce processes for business operations and legal/tax contingencies that protect the company and its principals.
  • Rapidly develop a complete understanding of existing liabilities and open risk items, with actionable plans for resolution and prevention.
  • Identify and neutralize emerging risks before they become critical issues.
  • Coordinate and align stakeholder calendars, priorities, and deliverables across global jurisdictions to minimize legal and tax exposure.
  • Lead the execution of complex, high-stakes projects with precision, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and under budget.
  • Manage external advisors to deliver consistently high-quality, strategically aligned work.
  • Provide clear, unfiltered progress updates that enable rapid, informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven track record working directly with founders or senior executives in high-stakes environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex projects end-to-end with precision and speed.
  • Exceptional judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to read counterparties and situations in real time.
  • Relentless problem-solving mindset with the discipline to execute without excuses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Family office or high-net-worth advisory experience.
  • Expertise in cross-jurisdictional tax and legal matters, with a strong network of trusted advisors.
  • Broad understanding of real estate and alternative investments.
  • Background in military, trading, or other high-intensity, precision-driven environments.
